A little help, when you need it.
CXL Minigames support is available through the official CXL Games Discord community.
Reach the CXL Games community
Use the official Discord invite below for help or to report a bug. It is the support link published on the CXL Games website. Discord is an external service and may require its own account.
Open CXL Games support on DiscordFor a game issue, include the game name, what happened, your browser, and the approximate time of the round. A screenshot of the error can help. For account or privacy matters, ask for a private support route and be ready to verify account ownership.
Never post your password, sign-in credentials, hCaptcha responses, or private account information in a public Discord channel. Support does not need those secrets to understand a bug report.
Quick answers
Why did a round earn no points?
Practice and guest rounds do not earn points or XP. Rewarded rounds need sign-in, a current verification, active gameplay, and a valid saved result. Idle, abandoned, or unverifiable rounds earn no reward. Your game score is separate from spendable reward points.
Why is verification not loading?
Allow the site’s required resources and hCaptcha, then retry the check. Privacy tools, network filtering, or a temporary provider outage may interfere. Practice does not require the rewarded-play human verification, but the site’s resource check must still complete.
Can I retry saving a finished round?
Use the retry button if it appears. A result that has already saved will return its original receipt without adding the reward again. Keeping the page open gives the live gameplay updates their best chance to finish.
When does difficulty reset?
At 00:00 UTC each day. Difficulty rises after every three starts of the same game. Starting and then leaving still counts as an attempt.
Can I withdraw my points?
Partner transfers are not available in this version. Current points can be used for avatars, profile frames, and color themes in the cosmetic shop.
Do I need Discord to read game instructions?
No. Every game has an instructions page linked from the arcade, and the rules appear before a round. You can also read the Privacy notice and Terms here without opening Discord.
